Shipping

Shipping Time
All orders will be despatched within 7 business days following receipt of payment. If any product is out of stock or will be delayed you will be notified as soon as possible.

Australia and New Zealand	$0 - $35.00	$5.50
	$35.01 - $70.00	$8.50
	$70.01 - $140.00	$11.50
	over $140.00	at cost

International	at cost - prices will be confirmed and added to your invoice prior to shipping.
NB	Please note if you would like express or secured post and charges will be at cost.

Returns

You may return an item in its original condition (not washed, cut or dyed) for a refund or credit to your account within 14 days or receiving the order. Return shipping charges should be prepaid and any refund of shipping charges will only be on the basis of the return being due to an error on our part. The original invoice must accompany all returns. After a return has been received, it will take up to 7 business days to process. If payment was by credit card the refund amount will be credited to the same credit card. If payment was by cheque or money order, a refund cheque will be posted to you.
